When it comes to counseling, essays, and applications, we usually work with students between 6 and 18 months, though in the case of undergraduate applicants, we have students who start as early as ninth grade. When it comes to standardized test prep at all levels, we usually work with undergraduate and graduate applicants between 3 and 9 months.

Yes. We consider each family’s financial needs when guiding our students in their college application process. Our counselors have vast experience supporting students and their parents as they apply for both merit scholarships and need-based financial aid applications.
We enjoy working with students from a wide diversity of backgrounds, academic interests, and talents. What most of our students have in common is self-motivation, curiosity, a sense of responsibility, and independence. Additionally, all of our students have strong English skills, and they usually come from American-system or IB schools.
Both. Depending on your location, we may be able to offer you in-person classes and counseling sessions.
The first step is to book a free personalized information session, which we use as an opportunity to get to know you, give you recommendations on your academic and extracurricular pursuits, and provide you with an overview of the application process, as well as the details and costs of our services.
In the case of undergraduate applicants, the sooner the better! Most of our students start towards the end of tenth grade.
In the case of transfer and graduate applicants, we recommend starting at least 6 months before your earliest deadline if you only want support with counseling, essays, and applications. If you require test preparation as well, you should start even earlier.
